The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
The air conditioning was unreliable, often breaking down, which made for uncomfortable nights. the pool area was poorly maintained, with tiles missing and buildup of grime along the edges. The breakfast options were disappointing, limited to just toast and omelettes with little variety for other dietary preferences.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room with Balcony for 6 nights. The room was spacious, and the balcony view was really nice. the air conditioning didn’t always work well. It was a bit noisy at night too, which affected sleep quality. The hotel had potential, but some basics like cleanliness could use improvement.
